Oral presentations

Contributed presentations will be 15 minutes in length, including 5 minutes of questions.

Please be aware that your presentation must be uploaded onto the conference computer before the session starts. To facilitate the organization, we recommend sending your slides to abdoulrazack.sare@uliege.be and m.h.Jijakli@uliege.be at least one day before your presentations.

Poster flash presentations

Poster flash presentations offer you the opportunity to present the aim and key result(s) of your research as oral presentation. Also, this is the time to promote your poster.

The flash presentation will be 3 minutes in length, and there is no time for question after the presentation.

Poster presentations

Poster disign

Posters must be on A0 size paper (841 mm x 1,189 mm).

Posters must be designed in vertical position to fit our panels.

Poster content

  • Poster head must be clearly visible. The title should be easily readable. We advise you to avoid capital letters because. It is shown that lower case letters are 10% more easy to read than capital letters.
  • Author’s names and affiliation must be provided
  • The name of the presenting author must be underlined in the list of author names, so that the presenting author is clearly identified
  • Contact details of the corresponding author like email, website or phone number are recommended
  • Poster body text should be subdivided in different section
  • Poster body text should be easily readable at a distance of 2 m. We recommend to justify the text to facilitate the read. Before you print your poster, visualize it in PDF format at 100% magnification to be sure it is all right.
  • Each figure must be accompanied by a captation. Figures with axes must be labeled. Photos should be clearly visible.
  • Provide a clear conclusion or take-home messages
