Registration fees

Registration is mandatory for any participant in one or more of the activities organized as part of the 3rd Week of Physical Education, Physical Activity and Sport of the ULiège. The total amount of registration fees is calculated automatically according to the choices made in the form below (available from August 2019). A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received.

Registration fees include:

AIESEP Symposium: program, coffee breaks and lunch.
11th ARIS Biennial *: congress participant’s welcome pack, opening and closing ceremony with receptions, program, coffee breaks and lunches for 3 days, practical workshops, social activities **.
Congress Guy Namurois *: program, coffee breaks and lunch.
NB : if you wish to register only for this activity, you can register directly via the link https://urlz.fr/bp1y with a reduced registration fee.

A particular inscription will be proposed to the accompanying persons according to the activities program which will be defined soon. Do not hesitate to contact the organizers for more information.

70 € for all status.

Cancellation, modification and refund conditions

Cancellations and changes should be addressed to: aris2020@uliege.be.

Until 15 January 2020 inclusive: refund of the registration fee of a duly justified cancellation, no additional invoicing. Reimbursement made after the event.
Between 16 January and 15 February 2020: 50% refund of registration fees, no invoicing but possibility of changing participants. Reimbursement made after the event.
From 16 February 2020 or in case of absence during the event: no refund possible.
